REPUCOMM is the name of my consulting practice. It represents the merging of two words that I regard as vitally important – Reputation & Communication.

At REPUCOMM we provide a number of services to clients:

1. Presentations – I speak to any group about reputation issues. I have spoke to Boards, Executives, management & staff. I do keynote presentations at conferences and have spoken at conferences where the audience size exceeded a 1000 delegates.

2. Workshops – I design, develop, facilitate and customise workshops for clients that deal with Reputation Management, Reputation Risk Management, Crisis Management & Communication, Strategic Communication, Stakeholder Reputation, Reputation Risk Root Cause Analysis, Health & Safety training for Managers, Emergency Response training as well as Marketing of Professional Services training courses.

3. My consulting services include the provision of direct advice and consultation, diagnosis of issues, problems and incidents to the design and writing of reputation risk management frameworks, reputation management policies and procedures – which could entail the writing of stakeholder relationship management policies to strategic communication related policies to even emergency response procedures.
